Extended Data Enabled Registry entry
Specify whether Extended Data in a module is generated using EMu's default generation or a Standards module record definition.
EMu 10 introduced the option to generate Summary Data and Extended Data in a module, or system-wide, using Standards module record definitions.
Details about how to define Standards records to generate Summary Data and Extended Data for a module can be found here.
Here we see an example Extended Data definition for the Parties module:
Standards module record definitions for Summary Data and Extended Data for the base EMu modules (excluding the Catalogue) have been provided with EMu 10. These can be modified to suit each institution's specific requirements.
As the majority of EMu modules use the same Standards module definition to derive the Extended Data, a special Default Extended Data record definition has been provided:
